Once your school is on Involve, you get access to a searchable directory of every club, sport, and extracurricular registered at your school. You can browse by category — arts, athletics, academic, community service — or search by keyword. Every listing shows meeting times, advisors, and how to get involved. New clubs added during the year appear automatically, so the directory is always current.
What is an Involvement Transcript?
An Involvement Transcript is an automatically generated, advisor-verified record of your extracurricular activity in Involve. It documents every club you've joined, every meeting you attended, leadership roles you've held, and volunteer hours your advisors have approved. Unlike a self-reported activities list, it's backed by your school's data — which means colleges, scholarship applications, and NHS membership reviews can trust what they're seeing.
Is Involve free for students?
Yes — Involve is completely free for students. There's nothing to pay, no premium tier, and no account to create on your own. Student accounts are provisioned automatically through your school's Google Workspace, which means you're added as soon as your school goes live. You just sign in with your existing school account.
Can I join Involve if my school doesn't use it yet?
Student accounts are set up through your district or school — there's no self-signup option, since Involve connects to your school's Google Workspace for authentication and club management. If your school isn't on Involve yet, the best path is to ask an administrator or counselor to request a demo. Once a school is live, every student in the district gets access automatically.
How do I track volunteer hours for NHS with Involve?
When you attend an event or meeting logged in Involve, your participation is recorded automatically. For volunteer work, club advisors can approve and log hours directly on the platform. All of this flows into your Involvement Transcript, which documents your verified hours in one place. When it comes time for NHS review or any other program that requires hour verification, your transcript already has the data — and it's been signed off by your advisors, not just self-reported.
