How does Involve connect to our school accounts?
Your district connects its Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts, and your schools appear automatically. Students and advisors then sign in with those accounts, so nobody makes a separate login.
Do students need to create accounts?
No. Students sign in with their school account, and there is no separate sign-up. Anyone without a school account can’t join.
Who sets Involve up?
Your district connects its school accounts and gives each school an owner. Each school then brings in its clubs and invites its advisors.
How do administrators monitor activity?
District and school dashboards show participation and usage by school. Student reports land in one queue, and the audit log records who took each action. A school sees only its own.
What makes Involve different from Google Classroom or other tools?
Classroom tools are built around classes. Involve is built around the clubs and communities students choose: students find and join them, advisors run them, and districts see participation across all of them.
