As I started preparing for college applications, I still remember the feeling of staring at the extracurricular section and realizing I had spent most of high school uninvolved. Not because I wasn't interested, but because I rarely knew what opportunities existed. Clubs were promoted once a year at a club fair or mentioned briefly over the morning loudspeakers when most students were still half asleep.

So during my senior year, I decided it was better late than never to get involved. I helped start the Hispanic & Latin Union Club, joined the Business Ethics team, met incredible people, and discovered opportunities I never knew existed. My only regret was not starting sooner.

Seeing the difference between my experience and my younger brother's led us to ask a simple question: What if every student could easily discover opportunities, find their community, and get involved from day one?

That's why we started Involve.
